How quickly will I hear back after sending an inquiry?

Do I pay before or after the ticket is issued?
We reserve the seats first and send you the fare and itinerary. Payment is taken before ticketing, because airlines require it, but you will know the exact amount and the booking reference before any money changes hands.
Can you help if I only need a visa, not a flight?
Yes. Visa assistance is a standalone service. Tell us the destination and the purpose of travel and we will send you the document checklist and the cost.
What if my dates change after I have been ticketed?
Call us. Most tickets can be changed, though the airline usually charges a difference in fare and a change fee. We will tell you what it costs before we do anything.
Do you book for groups and families?
Yes, and we keep them on one booking rather than several. That way the itinerary, the payment and any later change are handled once instead of per person.
Which airlines do you work with?
We are not tied to one carrier. We book whichever airline gets you there best, including Ethiopian Airlines, Emirates and Turkish Airlines, along with the regional operators flying Somali domestic and cross-border routes. Which one is right depends on your dates and budget — we will tell you.
Can you book a destination that is not listed here?
Yes. The destinations listed are the ones we book most, not a limit. If a scheduled airline flies there, we can issue the ticket.
